Auscontact is the Australian Contact Centre Association and operates as a not-for-profit entity.

Auscontact has a long heritage dating back to 1989 when the Australian Telemarketers Association (ATA) was formed, finally merging with the Contact Centre Managers Association (CCMA) in May 2014.
